Instructions for presenters

All presentations will take place in the Auditorium M1, S01 and S09 in the DTU conference center. You will find all parallel sessions and talks in the detailed programme.

• Plenary talks: 45 minutes + 15 minutes for Q&A. 
• Parallel sessions: 20 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A.
  
  

Each session has a chair, who is part of the last presentation. We kindly ask the Chair to collect all presentations onto one laptop before the session begins. Please locate and present yourself to your session chair.

Please double check the timeslot of your presentation, since minor changes are still possible.
